The Consequences of Drug Use
The consequences of drug use – This is what we found when we went inside a burned down factory in Holyoke Mass. This man named Tony and two others were living inside this factory with no windows, no doors, and part of the roof missing. All Tony asked of us was to share his story so that other people would see the effects of drug addiction and not follow in his foot steps. If you would like to donate anything Clothes, Food, Water….etc. please email us at [email protected] or find us on Facebook @Tonito Eminente @Jesus Anavitate @Memin Calidad. Thanks

Drug Abuse Warning Network: The Real World Health Effects of Illegal Drug Abuse
According to the Drug Abuse Warning Network, Cocaine was involved in over 380,000 emergency room visits in 2004 alone. Cocaine is extremely potent, whether taken in powder or the crack forms. Mild symptoms include increased heart rate, sleep disorders and convulsions. Snorting the drug can permanently damage nasal tissue. Cocaine interferes with brain processes, can cause heart attacks, seizures and strokes. Even first time use can cause fatal heart attacks. For those it doesn’t kill, the addiction can easily lead to habits that require thousands of dollars a week to support. Cocaine also has severe effects on the unborn. This can start at underweight babies or pre-term labor on up to miscarriage. Cocaine can cause placental wall tearing, losing the attachment to the uterus. This can kill mother and baby at birth if not detected in time. If the baby survives birth, cocaine can lead to strokes, heart attacks, urinary infections and heart defects. While it appears many babies exposed to cocaine use in the womb can eventually recover, it also appears that this doubles their chances of developmental delays.

How to Find Addiction Treatment Centers in Boerne, Texas That Can Handle Cases of Prescription Drug Addiction?
Question by callista t: How to find addiction treatment centers in Boerne, Texas that can handle cases of prescription drug addiction?
I have a friend who happens to be addicted to sleeping pills. It started out as a need because she’s insomniac, but for some reason, she has found a way to experience euphoria from use of the drug. She buys a lot and when I asked her what she uses it for, she even cajoled me to try. I would like to find an addiction treatment center so I can find out more information about this kind of addiction and maybe then I can get someone to talk to her about her condition.
