He has served as a consultant to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and the President’s Office of National Drug Control Policy. My mum is having suicidal fits, My dad is of no help and my brother (30years old) still lives with us and has a drug addiction and is very violent. In this house, I’m 18 years old and the only sane one, along with my two younger sisters (13&15 years old) Its kinda urgent.
