Kristie spent nearly two weeks sleeping underneath a Portland bridge. “It was the scariest thing I’ve ever done,” she says. Destroyed by addiction and the failures in her life, Kristie had little reason to live. Thankfully, she found Shepherd’s Door, the women and children’s ministry of Portland Rescue Mission.
