A household where the parents/guardians are a Male and Female, but the male parent is an alcoholic and is cheating on the female and the female smokes and has a mild drug addiction.

A household where both parents are male, drug-free, non-smokers, in a committed relationship?

Portugal decriminalized all drug use and they have now effectively cut all drug addiction in half and no longer sends drug users to prison. Instead, drug abuse is treated like the health problem that it actually is.
I wish America would do this, but we have too many cartel lobbyists to make sure we don’t do something that makes sense.

I am trying to find a residential treatment program in Illinois that accepts Medicaid and Medicare . I need inpatient treatment for alcoholism immediately, due to a pending court case, and also because I want treatment. I am looking for a 21 to 30 day program. If the program is longer that is alright i would just like to be home by Christmas to spend it with my children, I am a single parent.
