A very close friend of mine wants to get herself away from drugs. She’s tried going cold turkey, but the withdrawal symptoms were too much for her to bear. She has just recently acquiesced to getting treatment. Help please.

Having a healthcare provider assess the condition of your friend would also be very beneficial, as this would help you decide what kind of treatment your friend needs.
