I was discharged from the Airforce in 2011. People say it is a hard battle to get your discharge upgraded. I was discharged for smoking spice one time and received a article 15. My dd214 only shows General Under Honorable for the discharge and Misconduct- Drug Abuse. I am loosing so many jobs over this piece of paper. I dont know what is better to omit I even served or to tell the truth and keep getting turned away. Is their anyone that has similar circumstances and has a decent job. Im also in school for surgical tech and Im starting to get worried that even my degree wont over shadow the fact that I was discharged this way.

My boyfriend had been on probation for fighting and was told if he violated it, he’d go straight to juvie. Of course, he did, and was sent to juvenile for about a month. From there, they sent him to rehab because of his drug abuse. He entered rehab about 2 or 3 weeks ago. He’s in the Florence Crittenton center in Knoxville, TN. I was also told that he was on DCS probation, states custody?, since he was charged with using a weapon in the fight or whatever the case was.

I decided to grow up and stop smoking marijuana. I was a chronic user. It’s day 2. I feel pretty irritatable. I cannot sleep for the life of me. And I don’t want to use a sleeping pill for fear that I’ll become addicted. What can I expect from quitting? Can you really be addicted to weed? What are some benefits to me quitting? What are things I need to watch out for? Is insomnia after quitting weed normal? Am I prone to get head or throat cancer now? (I read that in an article online)
